WebReference is another way to ask questions and receive answers from the Library's reference staff. This service is intended for specific questions with brief, factual answers, but it is also a convenient way for people from out of town to ask questions having something to do with Fresno County, or to ask questions about library services, including the library's online catalog.

Library staff will answer your question within 48 hours (two business days - excluding weekends and holidays). For faster service, call 559-488-3195, option 5, Monday - Thursday: 9am - 9pm, Friday and Saturday: 9am - 6pm, and Sunday: 1 - 6pm.
