The IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board no longer mail income tax packages to individuals and businesses. Sources for forms and assistance include:
- Library branches (forms will be available starting Monday, January 23)
Forms not supplied to libraries can be downloaded and printed for 10 cents per page. Contact your local branch to inquire about prior-year forms. Library staff are unable to provide tax assistance or advice. - IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center (forms and in-person assistance)

Viewing and printing forms require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Individual e-file is permitted at the library, but you will need an existing e-mail account. Please consult the IRS checklist for e-filing for additional requirements.
