Register to Vote
- Fresno County Clerk / Registrar of Voters - View elections information and file for an absentee ballot. A link to the California Secretary of State's web site is provided to allow for online voter registration.
- California Secretary of State - Option 1: Fill-in a form on line and a typed registration form will be mailed to you. Sign it and mail it to your county election official. They recommend you use this service at least one month prior to election day to avoid missing your opportunity to vote due to postal delays. Option 2: Print a blank form, fill it in by hand and mail it, if you reside in Fresno County, to: Victor E. Salazar, County Clerk/Registrar of Voters, 2221 Kern Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
- American Library Association/Working Assets Your Vote Matters - Requires an email address. Fill in a form online, print and sign the completed form, and mail it to the address provided.
