General Voter Information

Voter Registration
- In California, the deadline to register to vote for an election is 15 days before each local and statewide election day.
- Forms can be picked up at most Library branches and the Elections Office.
- Forms can also be completed online if your information is on file with DMV and you authorize Elections officials' use of your DMV signature. Else, forms can be filled, printed, and mailed to the Elections Office.
- Vote-by-Mail (Absentee) Ballot application for currently registered Fresno County voters. If you apply by mail, your application must be received no later than 7 days before an election.
