How to Become A Patron

All patrons must fill out an application for service (this is not the same as a Fresno County Public Library Card application). You can receive this application by calling or emailing us at tblb**fresnolibrary.org (replace ** with @ to send email).

Fill out the application and have it certified by a doctor, nurse, therapist, social worker, teacher or other individual who is qualified to sign the application (see application for information). Send the application back to us by mail, or bring it in to the branch, and we will get you started with your Talking Book cassette player and your first few cassette books. A convenient mail return system makes it easy for you to send your books back and get more. You can request specific books and authors you want, or you can have us select books for you from subject and genre interests of your choice -- or a combination of both!
