PIN - Personal Identification Number

  • When you signed up for a library card, you were asked to choose a four-digit number as your Personal Identification Number or PIN.
  • You need this PIN along with your library card number to request materials online. A PIN is also necessary to review the status of your account and renew materials online through My Account or via the TeleCirc automated phone system.
  • You can change your PIN at any time. Go to My Account, log in and select the Review Address/PIN option.
  • If you don’t remember your PIN, try the last four digits of your home phone number or your birth year. If this doesn’t work, contact the Library for assistance. We can usually help you fastest by phone at (559) 600-READ (7323). Expect to be asked for your library card number and some other piece of identifying information, such as your date of birth.
