Commission Nomination Process

The HLRC membership is composed of 17 members; 12 members are nominees by the Commission and 5 are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

1. Interested person should complete the printable County of Fresno Boards, Commissions, Committees Application Form.
2. The form should be returned to the Secretary of the Commission or to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors (address listed at the bottom of the questionnaire).
3. Applicants will be notified of appointment by the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors.
