Measure B
Measure B has provided more books, more hours and more services to Fresno County residents for more than a decade. The 1/8 percent voter-approved sales tax measure funds over 50 percent of the annual Library budget and has generated hundreds of millions of dollars for Fresno County libraries since 1998. Measure B will expire in 2013.
The Citizens Review Panel serves as a community advisory group to the Fresno County Board of Supervisors to ensure that Measure B revenues are used in accordance with the voter-approved expenditure plan.
