Special Features: Tank house, Clerestory windows, Landscaping with river rock patio and trellises, Quiet/Periodicals Room, Exterior book return, Kitchenette for use with children's programs, Teen booth, Computer lab, Multi-media listening and viewing area, Laptop ports in study area and meeting area, Pull-down screens in computer lab and meeting room, Public address system, Copy machine, Dry erase boards, Art and display areas.
Financing: A partial land donation was gifted by the Eaton/Holston families; Friends of the Caruthers Branch Library, funds for future projects; Friends of the Fresno County Public Library, Young Adult Area furnishing; Community Development Block Grant, funds associated with bringing water to the site; Fresno County Public Library District Measure B funds.
