Children reading

With the community support for Measure B, the Library is able to staff more hours and offer more programs and services. But with the private support of Library donors and volunteers, Friends groups, foundations, corporations, and service organizations, so much more can be done to make the Library a place of transformational change. You can support the Fresno County Public Library in a number of ways!

The Friends of the Fresno County Public Library is a 501(c) (3) charitable organization that supports the work of the library by cultivating an interest in the Library, advocating for the Library in the community and providing funds for needs not met by government sources. Many branch libraries have a Friends group and all (except for Auberry) are joined together under the group’s charter. In addition to advocacy and fundraising, the Friends provide volunteers for the Library. [External Website]
