The Cardboard Challenge
Fresno County Public Library is pleased to announce, along with the Fresno Art Museum and Fresno Ideaworks, the inaugural Cardboard Challenge for Fresno County youth.
What is the Cardboard Challenge?
The Cardboard Challenge is an annual event where children worldwide use their imaginations to produce creations out of cardboard and recycled materials.
Who can participate?
All youth can participate in 3 age groups: K-3, 4-6, 7-12.
What are the prizes?
One winner from each age group will receive a Maker Kit. Winners will also have their creations showcased at the Fresno Art Museum’s Mini-Maker Faire on April 12, in addition to Fresno Ideaworks Day at Chuckchansi Park on April 27. Be sure to check out all three winners at these events.
Who gets to pick the winners?
You do! Photos of all the cardboard creations will be posted to the Fresno County Public Library’s Facebook Page in the Cardboard Challenge album. Entries with the most likes become the winners.
